My name is Peter Spaziano. I am a certified personal trainer. My certification is through World Instructor Training Schools.  Our business is centered in Barnegat but we work with clients as far north as Toms River and as far south as Manahawkin and LBI.  I have been training clients for over 10 years and love what I do.  I enjoy working with Ocean County adults and helping them reach their life fitness goals. I work very closely with each client and will help you reach each new goal, small and large. I can provide you with a plan that works with your schedule and lifestyle and provide you with basic nutrition assistance that will help guide you reach your goals sooner.
